Mail account password change
There are three ways to change your cPanel mailbox password. You can do this either by using the Email Account menu, the User Manager menu or directly from
TempMailEx.

Password change tips:
- Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, and 1 number.
- Use a combination of 8+ characters for a strong password.
- Your mailbox password cannot contain spaces or the following characters: \, &, +, '.
- These characters can be used: [a-zA-Z0-9#!@$%^*()_="?.,/;:<>`{|}~-[]].

If you don't have access to the control panel and you forgot your email password, you can send a change password request to the administrator by following these steps:
Open the forgot password page, type in the email address for which you need a new password, and click Send.
Go to the forgot password page
The administrator of the hosting subscription will now receive an email from "
[email protected]" with the following subject: "Reset the password for (your-email-address)". The email is sent to the contact email address.
Ask the administrator to reset the password and then to give you the new password, so you can log into Webmail.

If you still remember your email password and you just want to use a different one, you can change it inside Webmail. You don't need access to the control panel for this.
- Log in to Webmail with your email account.
- Click the Settings icon in the menu to the left.
- Click Security in the left-hand menu.
- Click Change password.
- Type in your current password.
- Type in your new password.
- Confirm your new password by typing it in again.
- Click Save to save your changes.
