Here are a few ideas to update the style of your Gmail signature:

  • Change the text formatting: Select the text, then change the font and size. Or add bold, italic, underline, or a color to the selected text.
  • Link to your website: Select the text, then select Link. Type the URL of the website in the To what URL should this link go? text box and select OK.
  • Add your profile picture or logo: Place the cursor, then select Insert Image.
When you’re done making changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save Changes.

Changing your Gmail signature

To make any changes to your Gmail signature, you just need to head back into settings and carry out the required edits. Don't forget to hit up "Save changes" at the bottom of the page when you've done so. Adding multiple Gmail signatures You can add different Gmail signatures. Go to the signature settings section and click on the "Create new" option. Add the new signature the same way as your first one.

Creating Gmail signature

Gmail has plenty of great resources to help you change your signature, including a resource guide for mobile, desktop computers, and even iPads and iPhone devices.   • Go to gmail.com
  • Log into your account

  • Click the + Create New button
  • Give your new signature a name. If making multiple signatures, be descriptive in the name

  • When completed, scroll to the bottom of the page and press "Save changes"

Setting up a mobile-only signature for iPhone

The default email signature set up on gmail.com will be used when sending from the Gmail mobile app, however, iPhone users can override it with a mobile-only signature following these simple instructions.
  • Open the Gmail app on your iPhone.
  • Click the menu icon on the top left.
  • Click settings.
  • Click to open the account you'd like to set up a signature for.
  • Click "Signature Settings".
  • Toggle on "Mobile Signature"
  • Type the mobile-only signature you'd like to use.
You can add images, change the bullet styles, and otherwise enhance your signature when you’re changing things up on Google. Once you’re done, just click the “save changes” button and you can get to sending mail without ever having to worry about whether you signed off on your message again.
