Insert Files Using Drive: At the bottom of the compose window, click on the Google Drive icon (it looks like a triangle). Select Your File: A window will pop up allowing you to select files from your Google Drive. You can either choose an existing file or upload a new one by clicking on the “Upload” tab. Choose How to Send the File: You have two options:- Drive Link: This works for any files stored in Drive, including those created with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Forms.
